We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Instruments must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that used drumheads and sticks are not eligible for return due to wear and tear.

To ensure safe transit, most drum sets require some assembly, such as mounting the heads and tuning the shells. We provide clear instructions and all necessary tuning keys in every box.
