Returns & Exchanges

At Drum Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if a product doesn't meet your rhythm, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original packaging and in brand-new condition to qualify.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item back in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all sticks, keys, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
